Yes----with a few exceptions! They cannot by law refuse to hire anyone because of their gender, sexual preference, race, age or religious beliefs! I think it funny that you supported chickles filet when they refused service to gays but now when a purported Christian gets denied you are outraged!

I have no idea if any particular store has refused service to gays. However, the CEO has said that they refuse to hire gays and that gay families are not welcome.
