Don't pay attenton to Don. Cilantro adds a greaMex foods to be tasty. I remember when I found out what it was and I am a true fan of the herb. Anyone who says otherwise probably thinks cheese dip and chips is authentic Mexiican food and a little Rotel in it makes it REALLY, REALLY hot....LOL.
First of all I'm not Don and he didn't respond to this post. I live in AZ and eat a lot of Mexican food. I do NOT like cilantro. I don't like the flavor. I order dishes without cilantro when ever I can. I'm sure there is a lot of authentic Mexican food in the midwest! LOL
