I think it is the equivalent of the recent WaPo Biden plus 17 in WI, i.e. both cannot be simultaneously true.

But on the bright side, the 2.4 pct shift to Biden vs. Clinton  if applied across all states gets him 308.

Frequent communications with numerous back in the day Hawkeye acquaintances and associates leads me to have always doubted Greenfield or Biden’s chances. Been skeptical when seeing leads or toss-ups. 

Butt loads of Missouri and Arkansas envy at work there.

I know that Selzer is highly respected but the 20 pt swing in IA1 looks deeply suspicious to me.
