It is indeed a sad thing when one's politics leads to a decision that leads to their own death. Despite what some believe politically, under the dull veil of bad science, both Milligan and this trooper, as well as countless others would still be alive had they taken the vaccine.
There is no shifting their beliefs despite overwhelming evidence that the vaccine saves lives.
