what do you think might change if the $2B paid out for police misconduct lawsuits in the 20 biggest US metro areas in the last 5 years was paid out of police budgets rather than by the taxpayers?
Crime rates would be much much higher.
I'm thinking you know better but that question is a good example of how too many people think.
