Re: Democrats have it in the bag for 2024

There is blood in the water all around Donald Trump.

Naturally, this is the very best time for all good establishment Never Trumper Republicans to go on the attack. Two failed impeachments, an FBI & Clinton Campaign created Russian dossier hoax, a congressional insurrection show trial, and the Mar A Lago home raid were all not nearly enough to finally get Trump.

Unsurprisingly, those Republicans now attacking him have wisely held their fire out of fear for what the Trump loyalists might do to them at their own ballot boxes. Self preservation is important in politics.

So, what comes next? Assuming Trump does not suffer a Biden or John Fetterman age event, I would think he runs again. He embraces the negative MSM coverage. He engages in some presidential debates next fall, and he then goes to the Iowa caucuses in late January of 2024.

The Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada, and then South Carolina voters will then decide whether or not Trump will get a second act. I have no idea how they might choose, but when considering the Ron DeSantis alternative, folks might like to recall another popular Florida Governor named Jeb and how with all of his family organization, money, and experience he did against The Donald. May the best man or woman win.

2024 began last Wednesday.

Good luck with that.

Something that I have heard almost nothing of…

With the screeching of the past 2 years still ringing in our ears…….

All of these really close tallies being called.  Where are the accusations of fixing and fraud?

Yea, I heard that included in a long rant that abrams finally conceded.

But she did, right?

(But she did, right?)

Well, for the 22 loss, not the 18 loss.  I'm sure she rat-holed many millions of campaign donations so don't feel sorry for her.  Wouldn't surprise me if henderson gives her a position in his disastrous administration, she'd fit right.

Re: Something that I have heard almost nothing of…

I heard a little birdie say on the TV that there is already a conversation being undertaken to create a position of Election Czar, in. This case to be headed up by co-Czarina’s out of work Stacey Abrams and Liz Cheney.

To work on drafting an election transparency and security Bill to be considered by Congress.

Not a bad idea to have sitting members be required to stand up and say “yes I is” or “yes I ain’t” sometime in the next couple of years.

Do you want your Senator or U.S. Representative on record as opposed to free, fair, transparent and secure elections?

Trump has cooked his own goose this week. He will never make it past the primaries.

Moving forward.....

Bruce, you want to go on record and agree with Mr. Simon in MN, and other numerous talking heads across the USA, and say that you want every "eligible vote" to be tabulated?

you are not so dense that you do not understand what that phrase actually means, right? or are you?

Reminds me of the joke about understanding hypothetical and realistic. Yeahsureyabethca, Hennepin and Ramsey vote at a 90 percent clip hypothetically, and over 80 percent of those votes want more socialism and less big screen 72 inch smart TVs. They don't want food on the table, either ala Venezuela.

The joke is that little Johnny asks his dad the difference between those two words and he says to ask the older brother, his mother, and big sister if they would sleep with Brad Pitt for a million dollars. They all say yes......Dad says that hypothetically they are sitting on three million dollars, but realistically they are living with two whoores and a queere.  Good joke. Much better than the joke that is MN.
