Doesn't the President take an oath to uphold the laws of the land? If so, how can the President delay a law? Why isn't the Congress calling him out on this?

What is really a kicker, is Obama Care is HIS law, and he keeps ordering delays in implementing items within it.

Is it legal for the President to do it?

For God's sake...read about it. You obviously own a computer:  http://www.cnbc.com/id/101393331

Another concession actually and caving to pressure or perhaps it is simply buying time for Congress to actually work at creating a better act? Sounds to me like yet another shift of the burden to the individual and away from business. I would think you guys would be clapping and shouting hoorah.
