the Dennison campaign has spent $0 in IA the last 3 weeks when they started to get short on cash (thanks Brad and Dennison family and friends!). Still ever so slightly leaning to him but not going to be helpful to an unpopular incumbent Senator who needs several points of coattail.
Although the only place that's remotely swingy where Dennison has spent more than Biden is GA and that's maybe the biggest shocker in current polling in that is very seriously in play.
