This really makes no since. Why would they both drop out before super Tuesday. Wednesday would have been just as good of day to drop out if they lost big on Tuesday. Especially Pete, after all he did win IA.

I agree, it doesn't make sense - is there is a quid pro quo deal being made with a remaining candidate for existing delegates and / or future support for an administration position?

They almost have to, since Bernie has a fairly solid base (although a minority share), but like last time he is likely to stay to the bitter end.

Talk is Biden will put Buttfudge on the ticket, the Democrats always have to have some sort of freak ticket, maybe Rupaul is busy?   Maybe drunk Oprah would run with Biden?
