Should the U.S. dairy industry go to a set of federal quotas so that the little guy had more of a chance or should we hold to a free market system where size matters and the little guy feels the pinch?
Do we owe little dairy farmers a business?
If we go to big dairy farmers will it be factory ag like it is in ice berg lettuce and many fruits?
