Re: Final straw; Done with Trump
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plyler_v._Doe
Revisions to education laws in Texas in 1975 withheld state funds for educating children who had not been legally admitted to the United States and authorized local school districts to deny enrollment to such students. A 5-to-4 majority of the Supreme Court found that this policy was in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment, as illegal alien children are people "in any ordinary sense of the term," and therefore had protection from discrimination unless a substantial state interest could be shown to justify it.
The court majority found that the Texas law was "directed against children, and impose[d] its discriminatory burden on the basis of a legal characteristic over which children can have little control"—namely, the fact of their having been brought illegally into the United States by their parents. The majority also observed that denying the children in question a proper education would likely contribute to "the creation and perpetuation of a subclass of illiterates within our boundaries, surely adding to the problems and costs of unemployment, welfare, and crime." The majority refused to accept that any substantial state interest would be served by discrimination on this basis, and it struck down the Texas law.
Texas officials had argued that illegal aliens were not "within the jurisdiction" of the state and thus could not claim protections under the Fourteenth Amendment. The court majority rejected this claim, finding instead that "no plausible distinction with respect to Fourteenth Amendment 'jurisdiction' can be drawn between resident immigrants whose entry into the United States was lawful, and resident immigrants whose entry was unlawful." The dissenting opinion also rejected this claim, agreeing with the Court that "the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment applies to immigrants who, after their illegal entry into this country, are indeed physically 'within the jurisdiction' of a state." The dissent simply concluded that the distinction the statute drew should survive an equal protection attack.

Not sure what that rant was all about. I posted a link to info on Plyler v. Doe in a reply to your earlier post. That suit was primarily about whether or not state funds should be provided for the education of children of illegal immigrants, not specifically about granting citizenship to those who were or weren't born here..

There's something happening here....
"Shoot the law breaking parents. Shoot them twice...I am able to be objective about something as liberty and fairness."
Objective murder. That's the name for it.

What has happened to us ?
This used to be a respectable site
I looked forward to look at
Today, I can't stand it.
Everyone must be labeled
Conservative or liberal
One is terrible...the other is wonderful
What ever become of Americans ?
We are a vast melting post of
Different kinds of people.
But not here.
Then avocation to quit fallowing the
Constitution and to kill women and
Children for illeagl entry into this
Country....is insane.
Such acts are criminal
Yes, I am considering contacting
The DOJ about this website.
Would you let your wife, kids or

I will not
..
People that want to ban free speech is what happened to America. They pretend to do it in the name of safety. LibetLi is always attacked in the name of safety- it's to gain the approval of the emotional person who lacks ability to rationalize. A rational person cannot be so easily manipulated.
When you state there is avocation to quit following the Constitution, you are 100% correct. Anyone that advocates for granting citizenship to a child of foreign parents without being naturalized is doing just that. So please do call the DOJ and report yourself now so they too can get a good laugh.
As far as what you are doing being illegal? Not hardly. You obviously don't understand the difference between free speech and treason. If discussion of altering the Constitution is illegal, please explain how any of the 26 Amendments were discussed, much less passed? My gosh, step away from the cool aid.
Murder is illegal. I've never advocated for murder of people attempting to illegally gain access for asimilation into society and am fully against the use of lethal force unless border agents are acted upon or their life threatened.
However, an individual or group of people that are acting with purpose to gain entry into the United States for purposes of enemy subversion/attack of the country should be confronted by rules of engagement as stated per law.
When you talk to Jeff, tell him hi for me.

Re: Final straw; Done with Trump
This makes no sense whatsoever.
A. You want to kill someone (not stated to be enemy combatants) prior to committing the crime you believe they will commit? So you know advocate for not only prosecution, but capital punishment for thought crimes? You arent just liberal, you've surpassed most.
B. You'd rather kill a child's parents, leaving the child an orphan in a foreign country (presumably Mexico) and subject to human trafficking, sexual abuse and trafficking.
C. Returning a foreign national child to their country of citizenship is not a punishment. If you argue adverse effects may occur for a child due to a parent making a decision to break the law, how is this different from a parent breaking other laws? Because a poor man has a child, should he not be imprisoned for breaking and entering? How does a foreign child have greater consideration than our own?
Natural consequences are not government sanctioned punishments.

Trump cares more about the Constitution than you do. You want to label those who disagree with you as haters and stifle their right to free speech. Not only that you want them arrested.

Re: Final straw; Done with Trump
Federal agents raided a slew of luxury “maternity hotels” in California on Wednesday for allegedly housing Chinese women who wanted to give birth in America.
Department of Homeland Security officials stormed 20 locations in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Bernardino County looking for suspected "birth tourism" operations, in which Chinese nationals allegedly paid "handlers" between $40,000 and $80,000 to advise them on obtaining visas, flying through the least suspicious airports and even disguising their pregnancies, NBC News reported.
