might we agree that bring felony charges that had severe mandatory minimums for a couple hundred Inauguration protesters might fall in that category? (of course not, at least with the angry rabid badgers).

Chilling as it is, a few pleaded down to misdemeanors, most were dismissed.

One guy who really was breaking some stuff pleaded guilty to a felonly.
