Re: Did a little research

I don't how who did what. All I'm saying is that the WH staff all get the same pay according to what their job title is. If someone just went to some company that 100 men and 75 women and they added up all the men's wages and did the same with the women's and then got the average, that person doesn't understand much about finding averages.

Re: So what happened?

You can't call everything that the gop around the country is doing to women "phony!"

You make lttle sense most of the time and I hope you dont have a brain tumor, but its the only thing I can come up with.

Not sure what you mean but if you mean that all men and women in the same job title with the same education and experience all make the same, you are wrong. Not ALL do that!

Then why does Eric Holder refuse to enforce the law that says they must all be paid the same?

Re: Did a little research

Did you know that in my generation, women with equal schooling and experience, doing the exact same work that men do, actually average a little bit HIGHER pay than men?

Yes, not EVERY company does that, but on average, women in my generation get HIGHER pay than the men do, for identical work.   For those companies that do not, why doesn't the AG bring charges against them?  The law has been on the books for decades.

Re: Did a little research

One thing is that it is hard to prove and in shops without a union, it is virtually impossible.

If the new law is only a duplication of existing law, then you have no lOGICAL REASON TO OPPOSE IT.

Yes it may be true that every woman in the white house does not get paid the same rate. It is also true that all people in the white house do not have the same responsibility.

Where do you folks find these ludicrous rebuttal statements?

Re: It's not just the wage issue

although that is apart of it. It's the republican efforts to intrude in womens health issues that should be enough to keep your candidates on the sideline.

You also have no logical reason to vote for it.
