French Revolution
cited by our Bullwinkle historians from various pseudo-intellectual bull crap sites.
As MAGA turns against anyone who slightly deviates from the orthodoxy, quite obviously the clearer analogy.
Yeah, I know. Mo Brooks is a RINO for gently suggesting that it might be time to move on.

Re: French Revolution
17k are said to have been killed in the French Revolution. Even on a proportional basis, not much more than a rounding error vs. the several hundred thousand unnecessary deaths already in the MAGA Revolution so far.
Of course the real carnage didn't start until Bonaparte stepped into the void after le ancien regime. Many millions of men killed in the various adventures, ultimately, to no good end.
