I'm really glad that all you guys have finally read and understand the bill since for a year now you have been saying that NO ONE understands nor has even read the thing.  However, I doubt that you have actually read it nor understand what it says and what it doesn't say.  You are getting your info from others who dislike this and every other thing that our president has done or tried to do.
