Fun Fact

States decide how to apportion their electors. They could give them all to, say, whichever candidate won majority of counties!

Re: Fun Fact

Could, presumably if they set it up that way in advance. But not after the fact. Even if some genius at Parler says so.

Since the RNC is now officially opposed to elections being decided by the majority it is an idea, though.

Smiley LOL That "genius" you refer to was a chris hayes tweet in 2016 trying to prevent Trump's victory. Smiley LOL

Re: Fun Fact

Yeah. 2016.

Lot’s of recycling. Another one of those Lawfare goop drops you love so much:

Thought the bit about fraud complainers being the least likely to vote was interesting.

Re: Fun Fact

There was never the 1st complaint from the losing side. There was, however, very careful consideration of trying to find out what happened, how and why.
Apples and oranges

Not to mention that  the lack of complaints exhibited confidence in the States and  in the electoral process.
