If newt has never used a teleprompter, then he has never actually given a speech.  If you are answering questions, you don't use a teleprompter but every president and most wannabes use them or notes cards or as in palin's case, the palm of one's hand to put notes or sentences they want to say in a major speech.  perry sure could've sure used one a couple of weeks ago!

Seriously, I think speakers who are interested in delivering a formal and effective message should use these and by the way you GOPers....I have no problem with your leaders or all of our leaders using prompter technology. I just wanted you to know that they have, they do and they will deliver speeches with the aid of modern technology.
