Ah, I see that you now have fully embraced genetic predictability in humans. (Just like all livestock breeders already do in selecting seedstock) Do you also desire to castrate all rapists and other violent persons from passing on their genetic 'seed'?
I do notice, also, that you call a gestating infant, a 'fetus'. Ponder this from the Liberal Lexicon:
Fetus: The Baby in your womb that you intend to abort. C
