A pregnant woman still perform acrobatics.

My Wife worked right up to her deliveries. She had wanted to have a underwater delivery, but there wasn`t any facilities close by. The woman acrobat will have naturally talented kids with all her highwire spinning. Babies born in water are natural swimmers.

Yeah sure. I was born in a drought so water was not in abundance. But because Mum wanted one of those under water things, dad stuck her in the bottom of a dry sandy creek. Something similar. I think your prediction of good swimmers from under water births is a bit far fetched but if you believe in god I suppose that is not near as dangerous to believe.

Well, out where you`re at Gough the Crocs`ll git ya in the water...I wouldn`t recommend water births out there 🙂
