Good for the girls

3 11 year old girls stopped a substitute teacher from bullying a boy in their class by forcing her beliefs on him.

Sad situation that a teacher would do that to an 11 year old and one who was already in a precarious position as a potential adoptee.

Good thing the girls had been raised right and took action.

When it was finally his turn to answer, the fifth grade boy knew exactly what he wanted to say.

It was the week before Thanksgiving, and the substitute teacher had asked the boy’s class: “What are you thankful for this year?” Some of the kids had said turkey and mashed potatoes. One girl mentioned her dog. Another student joked about not having to go to school over the holiday.

The boy’s response was a bit more serious. “I’m thankful that I’m finally going to be adopted by my two dads,” he answered.

And then the teacher proceeded to quash his comment with her beliefs,  shame on her and I hope they never let her get close to other kids to spout her beliefs with no regard to the reality of children lives.

Agreed, way to much indoctrination going on in our school's.

Teachers, professors & administrators spewing their opinion & beliefs on the kids, like your example; however mostly promoting their liberal agenda.

Re: Good for the girls

I'm glad that little boy doesn't live in a country where they would throw his daddys off the roof top.

In Denison’s 2nd term he should have enough power built in to “His” agencies that Betsy should be able to get this fine Christian woman re-instated.

Christian??

If Trump get's the teacher, Christian or otherwise, reinstated - the 116th investigative congress can add that to their long list's of reasons to impeach Trump, ya know, just impeach the mf'er.

Re: Good for the girls

May be you would rather see her replaced with some one who teaches the kids there are over 100 different genders and they should all play on the same sports teams and share the same restrooms and locker room showers.

Re: Good for the girls

I'm guessing Canuck if the boy had said "I'm thankful life on the planet is not in danger of extinction from climate change" you would have supported the teacher in squishing the boy like a bug.    Everyone clings to their own mythology, you certainly do.

Re: Good for the girls

I cannot even with the help of writemyessay understand why our schools and legislators aren't finding a way to bring back the most vulnerable children to schools first?!
