They voted no because Trump was not guilty. Impeachment was never about Trump being guilty, it is just another tool for dems to use against their opponents.

Just like the first impeachment when the fbi had all the proof necessary that there was a very good reason to be investigating the senile idiots involvement in ukraine. Not just not guilty but pursuing the correct coarse of action.
