Firing out the relief payments to SS recipients right away. Even though as a class they’re the least urgent, it is easy administratively. They just add it to the whole direct deposit list and hit the send button.
Administratively everything else gets much tougher from there. A stripped out admin (both quality and quantity) a drowned in the bathtub IRS etc.
A lot of small businesses- particularly the smallest- are going to die long before help can be delivered.
That trickles down to commercial real estate, and on and on.
