Good setup/opportunity for Republicans

Have 2 years to come up with rational responses and alternatives. 

My money is on Dr Suess, Meghan Markel and touchstone cultural issues, however. 

Best first constructive move the party could make would be for those 7 Senators who are bugging out to find 2 more and vote for SF1.
