I don`t watch the hearings, Gorsuch is good enough for Rush and the Republicans, that`s all I need to know.

I have to say, I find the choice of Gorsuch is one of the better things trump has done........the rest of the stuff he has done, other than

rolling back a few regulations (which I haven't seen erased off the books yet) I don't much care for him and don't agree with many many

things he has proposed or wants.  His budget cuts rips the heart out of rural America, his trade policy (or lack there of) also is

causing a problem...it seems that the same people that were his biggest supporters, rural America, are just the one's he is singling out

to hurt the most.

Not in play for this one unless McConnel does the same. Tough call for him as it would be nearly impossible  to reverse after a change in the majority. Lots of D's up for re-election in '18 so he might take the chance.

It's difficult to imagine the horror of a Supreme Court justice who simply applies the Constitution to any law presented before him/her.

Can you imagine how different the country would be if the Constitution were actually applied to our existing tangled mess of bureaucratic rules and regulations?  

I had to chuckle at the Democrat questioning, to paraphrase him, he said would you be ruling against special treatment for groups that I get my votes from because I make sure they get to be first in line?  

Obviously the Democrats have never read the Constitution or the Bill Of Rights.
