so many areas of dissent today should and could be settled in a lawful way, rather than by rioting, illegal procedures, etc.
If there is a question as to if someone engaged in illegal behavior , by all means, accuse them, try them, and put the weight of law behind the decision.
If you don't like the law, try to change it.
