Hardnox, Tell me why the planes were used on 9-11?

I hate to humor and play with the truthers, but just to clarify things a little bit, please enlighten me on why 9-11 had to involve planes at all, if it really was an inside job and the buildings were blown up from the ground? Trying to coordinate the planting of the explosives, and the blowing up of the buildings, with the flight itineraries, the fake terrorists, etc etc would seem to be a mind boggling operation. 

How do you plan something like that and get the timing down?

And Why? Why would not just blow the buildings up from the ground and leave the planes out of it? or were they needed for the special effects? Maybe Jerry Bruckenhemier was not available on that day due to prior commitments?

Don't the truthers see how ridiculous they seem? Compared to questioning the birth records of one little boy born 45 years ago, this seems like it would task the mind of just about anyone that did not grow up on a steady diet of science fiction. Of course, those star wars and superman movies did do very well at the box office. Maybe I am the only one that never watched any of them.

I really couldn't say.

It is sufficient to say that the 9/11 Commission report contains a huge number of half-truths, omissions and some things that could politely be dexribed as falsehoods.

Enough reason for having the investigation that never was- find out what happened and then go from there.

If you asked me to speculate I'd say that it wouldn't be possible to induce mass hypnosos without the drama of the first hit, then everyone tuned in for the second hit and the buildings falling.

Other than the initial fireball when it was atomized, jp-4 doesn't explode- the surface vapors burn off as they contact oxygen.

And by the way, a substantial portion of the fuel was gone at that brief moment. And the towers didn't budge from the impact and the fireball.

A lot of bad science in the towers eplanation but the planes and the destruction of the evidence do muddy the waters.

Start with building 7 and work back. Otherwise you're like the 9/11 commission- starting with the official conspiracy theory and then working back to make science prove it.

And by the way, why do you think the best trained high rise firefighting organization in the world marched 300 men into the building without giving it a thought?

Because buildings were designed to withstand a 707 strike at full throttle and with full fuel load.

767 is lighter and slower than a 707, does carry a higher fuel load at capacity but 9/11 planes were loaded lighter than the 707 capacity.

Very early word- yes but a 767 is much larger and the towers obviously weren't designed to withstand a hit from one of those.
