Re: Hate

It's the uncontrolled immigration that's the problem.  If you don't believe that look at the UK and there problems.  Yes our forfathers came thur Ellis Island and that was controlled.  Not all got in. They came here to work and not live off of our well fare system.  I see nothing wrong with immigration as long as it's controlled and orderly.

Re: Hate

I read your post again. I guess one of the basic
Things I disagree with is the economy. From
Where I set, things are not a booming economy.
In the area, we've seen plants close, stores
Close and murged company.
The jobs are not here.....but on the other hand
A shortage or medical people. Same for teachers
(Which I personally find a bit high paid too much)
Commodity prices down, input cost up.

I'm not going to say it's bad everywhere, wall
Street always makes money, and there are
Other go go areas, that might be doing
Well, but within 100 miles of me, people
Are hurting.
If it is on policy. I was in lumberyard yesterday.
The fellow behind the counter was upset.
Rebar had been around 4.60 ea for a while,
Just got in new load,. It went up $2 a stick.
He keeps getting memos that things are going
Up, not the normal amount but 20 to 30%.
He is worried. Things a bit slow now, but
You add that, and they fear business will
Now get worse.
It's things like that which get me.
I don't think he considers the impact of his
Action, or maybe he doesn't understand.
Same with TTP, NAFTA, etc.
The other that I find difficult it the attitude.
The Twitter, speechs.the constant mis statements.
He is never wrong...he needs to acknowledge
His mistakes (like all of us), rather than place
Blame.

Re: Hate

There is a difference between legal immigration and ILLEGAL immigration. What conservatives want to shut down is ILLEGAL immigration.

Re: Hate

Dead is dead. When you can figure out how to keep the bad ones out then your reasoning for letting some in has some merit . Until then they all stay out end of discussion.

Re: It`s what you make it

Hummmm You must live in a democratic held region......Here near Lafayette, In. they are building so fast that every other month I travel there north on St Rd 52 there is something new being started.....factories are begging for help. Every eatery in this state has a 'help wanted' sign in it`s window ....Things are not perfect. We have our issues but most people that want to work can.......Start electing republicans and within time your community can thrive too.

Re: Hate

I think you’ll find out this fall that the voters in many districts are going to STOP electing R’s.

Precious.

Telling a guy from Kansas to start voting for Republicans, based on the concept of experience.

Re: Hate

Yeah, because they have performed so well in Kansas...
The wingers think all this magic growth started after the ‘16 election. This up cycle started 6-7 years ago-economic swings don’t happen overbite-the liar in chief and the Rs are just riding on Obama’s coattails, It won’t last forever.
