Amazing!

Truly amazing!  A well-intended  firm, in an industry American desperately needs goes under, and conservatives seem to be happy about it......................amazing.

Most panels are produced in china. As long as Obama refuses to address the issues around trade with developing nations any jobs program he comes up with will flop the minute the government money runs out.

Truly amazing indeed!!  Another liberal who knows what's best for the American people who apparently voted otherwise with their pocketbooks.  The market speaks.

Re: Amazing!

Then perhaps, some fault lies with the "business plan/model" generated by the "captains of industry" who led this company.

Looks like they would have been aware of the concerns you share before taking themselves, their investors, and their bankers into this process.  Perhaps you should become a business consultant--what with your knowledge of international trade/currency/labor issues, and all.    KenJ

Certainly, they should have done their manufacturing in China. Sad, but true. Look how successful apple has been at using slave labor in china to make their gadgets. Don't like it, ask Obama why he dropped all his talk of renegotiating trade deals after he got elected. Now he wants more trade deals.
