NFL owners have told players to stand for the flag, or not play. Entire Seattle team stands, including Michael Bennett who vowed to sit the entire season. Looks like he wanted the paycheck worse, eh? Jerry Jones makes a public statement.....the Cowboys WILL stand for the flag.

And the guy that pretended to be a dog whizzing on a fire hydrant? Probably out for the season, left the field crying after an injury. Maybe that was staged, too.

I didn't watch a single snap yesterday...probably a lot of other Americans that took the Sunday off from football, too. Sponsers dropping the NFL....revenue down a couple of hundred million....it's really got to bite to live in a capitalistic country, right?

It’s being covered across the news spectrum as a crass political stunt.

What has become obvious is that Trump-Pence has become the proprietary Presidency of The Base. That now has to play out on it’s own.  Not much discussion or dialogue can affect it.

The political stunt is the players taking a knee. That started long before Trump and Pence were in the white house. Pence told them before the game if they take a knee he walks.
