Herd immunity....a stupid thought

I have listened to the idea/ term

thrown around, and I have to

Say, I am becomming tired of it.

First, we are talking about humans, not cattle, hogs or sheep.

God made us caretaker of the

Animals.

The use of the term herd immunity

On humans is nuts.

Second, the whole idea of herd

immunity for cv19 is nuts.

How does it protect the population ?

First, we are not sure if you recieve immunity...look at the

Many repors to that affect .

Second...say you are "immune",

You come in contact with the virus.

It is not like a shield where the

Virus bounces off, rather it will

enter you system.....

The question is when do you start to

Shead virus particles ?

At that point it is a mute point...

You can give it to old people,

Kids...etc, so we are back to

Square one.

People are now just blurting

Things out, with no idea, or

Understanding.

We just repeat what we hear.

Your post is just hysterics.

Is there really any doubt that contracting the illness gives you some period of immunity?  What does science, experience and anecdotal evidence  tell you?

You certainly want a vaccine.  Exactly how do you think vaccines work?

Just stop with the hysteria.

Yes, cheapo, Sam is very a very manly man.

But strictly speaking, herd immunity isn't crazy- it is one possible strategy that could have been employed. Now it is just giving up because the financial and political costs are too high. I'll argue that it won't escape the financial costs, but anyway.

We just don't have a strategy other than to distract and shift blame from that fact as broadly as possible.

why make your posts so difficult to read?

Just curious, why your posts are structured in a manner that they don't flow.  They seem disjointed.  I can only surmise that you might be typing on a phone that doesn't have the capability to post in what I'd call a normal manner.

Most programs wrap text at something like 80 characters.  You seem to have a return at 50 or so.

Kurt you are correct.  I dont take

time anymore to do this on the

Computer.  In this way, I can comment when and where I have

Time.

Dont always like it, and difficult

Typing at times, but does work !

Amazing tho what they can do.

I even keep a web site up with

It !

New Yorkers live in a place where 26,000+ people are packed per square mile on top of each other. Other places like Decatur County in Iowa don’t have 26,000 in the whole county, and not one reported case.

And then you have remote places like the Russell, Kansas area, near where elcheapo lives, and it seems everyone is catching it.
