We really have hit insanity when judges start using tweets to set procedure.  It has either gone through proper channels to be de-classified or it hasn't, should be recorded, tweets don't matter.

Sometimes it's being obtuse, but most of the time it's just being a jackwad.

Personally, I can't wait for the democratic party to implode on itself, and a new party to emerge and take it's place.  From the reaction to the debates, it may be well on course already.
