Um, there already was a Congressional hearing, that found that some of the documents that Hillary said (in sworn testimony) that she had never seen, were delivered to her office, and were signed for, by Hillary, herself.

Would that count as a lie, and would the findings of a Congressional hearing, be enough 'evidence' for you?

Karl rove is the hatchet man for the gophers. His public display of disbelief after the last election was must see viewing. Talk about a dummy spit.

He cleverly threw out the pseudo suggestion of a mental illness to blacken her chances for 2016. That is his job but you would think he might have researched it a little bit.

No but a trial and conviction would be a powerful argument. Failing that, I guess your trying to refight yesterdays battles in hopes that you diminish her chances in the future.

Sometimes repubs just can't stand losing. Like 50 plus reapeal ACA bills when their is no possible chance of passage or a presidential signing.

BUT hey it makes great news and if you can muddy up someones reputation so be it. The republican way!

I don't think there was a cover up.  The CIA issued a statement that day saying that they thought it was a carry over from the riots in Cairo earlier which were KNOWN to have been in protest over the video that was published on YouTube.  And regardless of what 20 keeps preaching, the video did indirectly put the guy back in jail but the direct reason was the fact that part of his probation was to NEVER use a computer for anything ever again and he violated that condition and that gave them reason to put him back in jail.  Yes, if he had not published the video, he probably wouldn't have been in jail but he did and they did.  The CIA statement was later learned to not be true but it was too late then.  Also, another little factoid is that the ambassador really had no official, as in orders from the Secretary, to go to the counsilate anyway.  He didn't work there and the security was not as good as at the Embassy.  Anpther little bit of info is that there has been one attack on our offices overseas with 4 killed under Obama and bush and reagan had something like 20 times that amount with around 100 dead!!!

Yes, the guy in the video violated his parole/probation or whatever.   I'll give you that.

However, there were Statements made, that contradict facts that should have been known at the time. 

Without full investigation, we won't know if it was a cover-up, or bad communication.   However, I do feel that if the State Department wasn't completely sure what happened, they shouldn't have had a press release, saying things that were not true.

Fair enough, but by the same token, it would be extremely hypocritical of you, to accuse Bush of lying, or really any wrongdoing at all, as he was not convicted of anything. 

However, the findings of the Congressional investigation are pretty straightforward, I don't see how they can be spun.

Hillary made a sworn statement, that she never recieved documents, that she herself signed for. 
How can that be?   Did they send her an empty envelope?

Well, we all know that "coulda, woulda, shoulda" doesn't always play in DC.  Gen. Powell should not have gone to the UN without the real facts!  They released statements because they had to say something and the CIA gave them "facts" based on what was happening in Egypt and NOT in Libya.  Now the radicals in the gop are trying to say that a concussion makes her a bad candidate.  Health didn't stop cheney from being vp and he could have dropped dead at any moment having had his first heart attack at 37!!  Benghazi is losing traction so they start digging into her health and her age!  Reagan was very close to 70 when he was elected but "a woman can't possibly do the job at that age!"  Give us a break!!!
