Oh for sure, that's why Boris, Nigel and Russians wanted Brexit- to expand the former UK into United Caymans of the North. When the shlubs figure out there's less than nothing in it for them then their masters will just figure out a new line to feed them- there's enough money to buy anything. The continent is far from clean either- DB(!), several Nordic banks- Denmark's Danske in particular, Wilbur da Fixer's Bank of Cyprus. The Oxbridge types don't really do grubby manufacturing and such but they like shuffling money- best thing for keeping the upper crust on top since they were importing rich American brides back in the day.

Lighting up some nationalism and nativism among the lower classes no big deal.

BTW, I haven't seen the conclusions of the official report on Russian money in the Brexit campaign.

Boris got it muzzled until after the election but it should be coming out sometime.
