Lets let an employer deduct wages and benefits even an additional 10%. That would be a deductable item for a business but no more incentives for high income folks that don't create a job or employ anyone. That investor that buys stock in a company does not hire anyone. The company that he bought stock in may employ people but not the investor. That tax deduction belongs to the company and not the stockholder. So there should be no favorable tax treatment for investors.
That is my opinion and I'm sticking to it
