Only Joe the Plumber pays 90% under Bernie's plan. For the rest of us the top is 54.2% if we happen to make over $10M in a year.

On estates, top is 65% for estates over $1B.  40% from $7M-50M. 

Even by the pessimistic Krugman/Romer analysis, Bernie's plan doesn't increase the deficit as much as any of the GOP plans, via other independent analyses.

for your premise to even be remotely plausible C.Thomas would have to not actually be on the Supreme Court and Dr Ben Carson would have to be the leading candidate on the Repub side........oh, and the current twice elected POTUS would be a white fella.
