I don't know why they need guns

If they or their family is in danger all they need to do is drop to their knees and pray. Even if it is on public grounds a small fine would cost less than a firearm.

Either you beleive in God or prayer or you do not. Would your god want you to take another life to spare your own? What about the turn the other cheek thingy?

Well, I don't carry a gun, I believe in God and I do want to die. My cat-like reflexes, if someone does pull a gun on me, they have 1/10th of a second to shoot because after 1 second I would be handing them their own esophagus. I don't need gun, I'm only thinking of the poor frail atheist that might need one.
