.... do you even understand what the phrase "pursuit of happiness" so prominently included in the Declaration Of Independence means? In the vernacular of Eighteenth-Century English, it means  "choice", the right to choose for yourself what makes you "happy ", not "happy" as in "ha, ha, ha"  but rather are you satisfied, as in, "Is this what you agree to".

  Historically, we have never given personhood rights to an embryo simply because it automatically sets up an unresolvable conflict between the rights of two individuals, one of whom is entirely dependent on the other.  The Supreme Court has only gone as far as to give a nearly full-term fetus "the right to be born", nothing more.  And I think that's far enough.

  The simple fact is, to give "personhood rights" to an embryo denies women their full "liberty rights" and automatically makes them less than equal citizens, full stop.

  I am not willing to do that to women and as an American, you shouldn't either.

Her full liberty rights are restore once her child is born and placed for adoption. The child's body is not her body. Every child deserves the right to breathe.
