My dad never could pronounce massachusetts correctly.

My Mom couldn`t pronounce Eugene, it was "jew-gene" and Dakota was "De-Kodies" 🙂   A guy on the radio would give school lunch menus in the morning and he`d say "simmer on rolls" finally I figured out he couldn`t say "cinnamon" 🙂

Were these people “stable geniuses” too, just like Trump claims.  I personally don’t know too many geniuses, that speak as poorly as Trump does...

Frontotemporal dementia.

If you look back to old interviews with him he was never exactly highly articulate but he had a fair vocabulary and could manage some complex sentence structures.

We would tease my dad pretty often about it.  Just couldn't say it correctly.  He was one of those people who could do just about anything and wasn't affraid to try just about anything.  But never could pronounce Massachusetts.

Hey Sam, yes English and pronunciations are pretty tough.  Sometimes my Wife is lector at church and she reads over the reading and looks up those Hebrew names a day before.  I can see Yosemite, if you`re reading it the first time in public and it`s a name that many won`t have a need to say in 40 or 50 years.  I was a Bugs Bunny fan, still am so it came easy for me. 

But Taxachusettes, home of fat toad Ted Kennedy, I have trouble with that myself  🙂
