There is much confusion about that now as the rules have apparently been changed since the powers found out what they had put in place.
Others with green cards have been turned away and those in your country with green cards are afraid to leave since they would not be allowedto return to their jobs and families.
And some say the powers have now changed their minds anout that too.
Much confusion.
Too bad they did not take time to sort out the details before they made the sna decision to close your borders.
Seems to have shut some in as well as others out.
One thing that is known is it was a surprise to those in Ottawa too, no advance tipoff so they could be prepared just as those who were in the air arrived to find they were no longer welcome.
