I watched part of a documentary this morning.

I couldn't stomach Joe this morning so i had to flip channels. I locked on to a documentary film about life in afghanistan. a woman was a striving singer that did not measure up to the religious code of the nation. She actually took her scarf off and did a simple dance while performing in Afghanistan star a version of america has talent.

The woman had to fear for her safety as homicide is a just solution for such terrible behavior. This is what happens when you country is a theocracy and the super religious try to control your lives. Evidently dancing is a horrid sin but murdering a dancer is not.

Religion is nothing more than a cancer on society if allowed too much authority. Yes and that cancer is subsidized and allowed to grow and fester. Those religious zeolots think they are doing gods work and if it isn't in the bible thay will make it up[.

No offense to any Baptists out there but you do know why Baptists don't make love standing up, don't you?  They're afraid someone will think they are dancing!

So when President Obama talks about policy, and refers to himself 'as a Christian', and then says his policy 'coinsides with Jesus' teaching', is he part of the Cancer, or is he making stuff up?

He is using christianity for political purposes just like you are.

This is why we need to be on constant guard of sharia getting a foot hold in this country. It is not a religion, it is a cult. Now may be you are beginnig to realize what the Israelis face living next to these animals.

Besides, isn't the left the side who wants religion OUT of government?  Where is the outrage over this?

The outrage comes when you guys turn every word and try to make something it isn't. Being a Christian, Muslim or Jew and saying that you are has nothing to do with anything. It is when you try to get the Federal govt to install one particular religion to the exclusion of all others does it become bothersome.

I'm not trying to mock you here, but I am baffled as to how you would think instituting Sharia law could come about in ths United States? It would require not only ammendment to the Constitution, but changes to almost all federal, state and local laws as well as the cooperatiom of all three branches of government.

Can you provide us with a scnario as to how the institution of Sharia law could come about in the US? WIth that would be how it could survive being shot down in the courts.
