IRS persecution confirmed

Makes no difference. If we are not going to enforce immigration laws what makes anyone think we will enforce the laws which govern the irSS.

Corruption: A new batch of IRS documents shows an agency that's more political than practical. Besides harassing groups applying for nonprofit status, it went after donors of existing groups.

Documents produced by the IRS confirm that being on the wrong side of this administration is a dangerous place to be.

Judicial Watch, which used the Freedom of Information Act to pry the documents from the government's grasp, said Wednesday they "confirm that the IRS used donor lists to tax-exempt organizations to target those donors for audits."

You are so good at pointing out deficiencies, why don't you throw in a solution every once in awhile? And, of course, not blaming everything you don't like on Obama would be nice every now and then!

Richard Nixon was impeached.

Don't know what the mention of nixon has to do with anything but he was NOT impeached. Clinton was but not convicted.

Nixon resigned because members of his party told him if he did not he would be impeached, convicted, and removed from office because of his abuse of power including the use of the IRS against his political opponents and private citizens. Now we have another president doing the same thing with the IRS and is cheered by his party and supporters. Nixon was not above the law.  Obama is. He has turned this country into a banana republic.

Just thought I should tell you that you told a lie by saying that nixon was impeached. I don't know anything about the IRS following Obama's orders on anything. I know that all you rightwingers complained that certain rightwing organizations were PO'd that they couldn't get tax free status. I don't know much about that either other than you can't engage in certain activities and get tax free status. One of the activities is political campaigning and some Democratic groups got the same treatment. I know--Go Figure!

Re: IRS persecution confirmed

Those political action groups are required by law to largely be charitable organizations. Meaning the a large percentage of their activites must be public service work or they are not qualified for tax free exemptions. Where as most of those groups were republican financed efforts, then indeed required more groups audited than did the dems with fewer of such groups. However, both groups of offenders were audited by the IRS.

That is the Irs's job is to make sure the code is followed.

Re: IRS persecution confirmed

BTW there have been several threats of Obamas impeachment. That does mean he was impeached. Goldwater and other party members told Nixon that impeachment could not be avoided. He resigned and was not impeached. So infact you were dead wrong. But that is not unusual that you don't know what the H you are talking about. I know Iknow. You are so used and abused. A constant state hysteria.
