In fairness, the China lab leak theory
probably wasn’t given adequate consideration, but it really doesn’t have a sell by date. That has 0 immediate ramifications for the mitigation and recovery effort.
However I find it understandable that theories promoted by a cult that lies incessantly are thus destined.
Said cult led by a man who lied at least 35k times over 4 years and quite demonstrably can’t even tell the truth when there’s no apparent advantage from the lie.

Re: In fairness, the China lab leak theory
The only opportunity to know definitively probably passed as long as a year ago.
You can get some stronger circumstantial evidence but the way you’d know would be to have samples of everything in possession of the lab at that time.
No, I don’t trust the Chinese- which is why our people who were supposed to monitor for unusual outbreaks shouldn’t have been withdrawn.

Re: In fairness, the China lab leak theory
When I say no apparent advantage in a lie- the advantage is they make the cult snicker about ownin’ the libs.
