No one is locked inside their homes BUT they should stay home unless they have a real need to be out passing viruses around.

I needed a hydraulic hose fixed.

Went to machine shop and wore my mask as they did, fixed the hose and returned directly home.

We in the USA should simply be thankful for the very rapid deployment of vaccines. 

And hope that they’re available as quickly as possible elsewhere. Regardless of who infected who, it will come back on us.

More importantly, the variants. Trust me, it is a science thing.
