Ford blew it when he opened things up earlier before the virus had been beaten back enough so now he is doing catch up.
He keeps complaining the federal government has not bought enough vaccine but he just spun the distribution of vaccines out to all the different health units and it is a scramble to find an appointment to get the vaccine.
Health department where I live had 2 locations, both fully booked when I tried after my age group became able to get one. I was able to get an appointment in health department location next to our area. No plan to get vaccines out across the province equally.
He is showing his poor leadership and planning, he and his cabinet spent 11 hours one day trying to figure out what rules to put in place and ignored advice from health officials and opened up so business could make money again. Now we are shutting down again because cases have risen to same numbers as US has.
