Iraq
What do you think is appropriate retaliation? If you were president what would you do?
We sent a handful of troops to protect our embassy, which is virtually nothing, but we are now in the game. I suspect more troops in the future for the US/ Australia alliance to work.

Can you imagine the feeling when you're told to kneel and put your hands behind your head as you are waiting for the bullet

Is that any different than 'climb up on the table and we will strap you down and pump chemicals into you until you stop breathing' ?

Liberals tend to forget about the real victims regardless of the scenario.

Not really. If muslims want to kill each other we need to just stand back and let them have at it. All we know for sure no matter who is in power they will hate us more than who is there now.

Re: Iraq
Under Sadam Hussien, Christians flourished, there were Christians in government. Now, there is Christian genocide over there. This is the trouble when someone is removed from power over there, it`s a good chance that someone worse will take their place.
We tried to give them "democracy" the trouble is Islam is NOT a democratic religion. The only chance that a democracy had over there was if there got to be a Christian majority. The less democratic a society gets the less Christian it will get as well.

non Judeo Christian Democracies
Maybe our liberal comrades can list them for us so we can see how prevalent they are.
Also, the Muslim Democracies for comparison.
Just wondering how the actual Taliban stacks up against the American Taliban in that department.

We helped that dumbazz Candian general light up Gadiffi's grand kids to liberate the people and how do they repay us, kill our ambassador and three of his associates.
