Is Biden the 1st Senator to steal confidential documents?

Is Biden the first Senator to steal confidential / classified documents while a senator?

If not, how were previous senator that stole classified documents handled or prosecuted?

I remember clinton's national security employee sandy berger stealing classified documents and I imagine biden is not the first senator to do so, but can't remember any.

Ok, it appears old classified documents joe was the 1st senator to steal classified / confidential documents, so I guess he'll be the standard bearer in the punishment phase.
