Meaning testing is off the table, probably for good, the Don Kraft argument of "so what if a rich guy slips past the goalie and gets government money? We`ll just tax it back out him later!"  has sort of won out.  Taxes will be going up, approved down the party line with Heels-up breaking the tie.  Elections are having consequences.

Let this be a lesson to you boys & girls, this will happen to you too if you try to buck the system.

IU's football coach just signed a 7 year 4.9 million dollar/year contract. College cost. Give student college loans to pay him then cancel the loans and dump his salary in the tax payers laps.
