When the robber barons set about taking over the education of America their goal was to produce a compliant, unthinking, working class that could carry out menial tasks without challenging the ruling class.
Alright Sam! You finally got it! You are discribing excately what is happening in the attack on education, as we speak! All the cuts these states are taking on education, are for the express result you have just written. BTW, where do you suppose your children and your grandchildren will fall in the robber barons scheme of things?

Which cuts would those be? According to the link below, education spending by the states has gone up 40% in the last decade.
