Berlin is so spraypainted that I don't think it devalues the property anymore.

 

Which is actually an interesting concept.  In cities the housing or store fronts are all subject to the local area economy, pricewise.  Despite the fact they may be several rows away from "beechfront".  The presence of graffiti reduces the value as a store front or other use to the aristocratic purposes who may be attempting to save a few dollars.

 

In some instances it wholely blighting without a genuine purpose.  Say like on the side of an unpainted building of masionic worth.  Like if I were to spray

On a garbage can or a dumpster, perhaps a portable toilet, it is not so bad.  It has an effect.  An effect which would probably keep people away from these things.
