John Durham turns out to be

the Cyber Ninja of AUSAs.

3 years and untold resources for a single symbolic charge that is 95% certain to fail, whether at the GJ or at trial.

Re: John Durham turns out to be

Lying to congress is no longer a criminal offense. Fake science Fauci has proven that.

Turn your dial to BS, and pull cord.   It’s how your program works, isn’t it Trudy?

Isn't it time for your Iver and HCQ cocktail?   And, don’t forget to lick some zinc while you’re doing it.   And I wouldn’t give up on the copper pipe up you’re àss just yet - maybe you just need a bigger piece of pipe.   For as big of an àsshôle as you are, you might need something as big as 2 inches - maybe bigger.  It might be a bit expensive to procure - but - it’ll be worth it.   By the way - I think I forget to mention yesterday that you’re supposed to give yourself an enema, before you insert the tube.   I would suggest for that, you use you’re wife’s douche bag.   It should work on you, just “great”…..

Yeah. You got nothing again. What can you expect form some one who just believes men menstruate. You'll be fine testifying to that before congress. Lying to congress is no longer a punishable crime. It's expected.

Another yank of the cord, and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

Good thing you got a new cord put in a while back.   I’d hate to have that thing snap off and hit you in the eye!

Re: John Durham turns out to be

Already been through a grand jury.

But a snoozer.   4 years of doj and FBI crimes and malfeasance and this is it.   What a joke.

Doesn't matter. Now acceptable behavior.

One click North of jaywalking.

Hellishly good use of public resources.

Re: John Durham turns out to be

Actual putative charge- which hasn't even gone to a Grand Jury- is that the attorney voluntarily went to an FBI official with some material but lied because he didn't reveal that his firm represented the Clinton campaign, even though that was in no way a secret.

FBI reviewed the material but took no action based on it.

Incredible Rubber Man kind of a stretch.
